First access

After logging into Yalo Sales Desk for the first time, you must create a new password.

Recovering your password

To recover your password:

1. Click Forgot password?.

2. Enter your email address, then click Send Email. If the email is valid, you will receive a message.
3. Open your email inbox, then click the link you received.
4. Create a new password.

After logging in

Once you log in, your status will be set to Online and you may start picking up chats.
