Trigger a message/transition after a delay of no activity

Imagine you ask for some end-user information on your Flow and the user didn't respond, now you can create a transition or send a message easy on Flow Builder.

Click on Reminders tab, set the delay expected and the message or transition. If its a message, when users respond, they will return automatically the previous step, if is a transition, you have to set the Go to on the next step so users can return to the right step. If the user sends a message before those delays expire they will be cancelled.
