Can I send notifications without parameters?

Yes, you can send notifications without parameters. The file must have only the phone column in that case.

What is the maximum size of the CSV file?

The maximum supported size for a CSV file is 150MB.

Can I download the information of users with an error?

This functionality is not yet available but can be obtained with manual reports through the service desk.

Can I schedule my shipment in advance?

This functionality is not yet available, but you can upload your campaigns in advance, and they stay as a draft until you decide to send them.

All users who are registered in Yalo Studio.
