There are several methods to manage notifications and popups on different browsers and operations when using Sales Desk.

If Sales Desk isn't open:

Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner to open the menu.
3. Navigate to "Settings".
4. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security".
5. Click on "Site settings".
6. Scroll down to "Notifications". Here, you can allow or block notifications from specific sites. Ensure the toggle next to "Ask before sending (recommended)" is enabled.

Firefox:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner to open the menu.
3. Click on "Options".
4. On the left panel, click on "Privacy & Security".
5. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and click on "Settings" next to "Notifications".
6. Ensure the option "Block new requests asking to allow notifications" is unchecked to let sites request notifications.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Edge.
2. Click on the three horizontal dots at the top right corner to open the menu.
3. Navigate to "Settings".
4. Click on "Cookies and site permissions".
5. Click on "Notifications". Here, you can allow or block notifications from specific sites.

Safari:

1. Open Safari.
2. On the top menu, click on "Safari" and then "Preferences".
3. Click on the "Websites" tab.
4. On the left panel, click on "Notifications". Here, you'll see a list of sites where you can allow or deny notifications for each.

If Sales Desk is already open:

The steps differ slightly if Sales Desk is already loaded and you wish to manage notifications. Here are the instructions for each browser:

Google Chrome:

1. With the site open, click on the padlock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. Click on "Site settings".
3. Scroll down to "Notifications" and select "Allow" or "Block" as per your preference.

Firefox:

1. With the site open, click on the padlock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. Click on the arrow on the right, then click on "More Information".
3. Navigate to the "Permissions" tab.
4. Locate "Show Notifications" and adjust the settings as per your preference.

Microsoft Edge:

1. With the site open, click on the padlock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. A small window will pop up. Click on "Site settings" at the bottom.
3. Scroll down to "Notifications" and select "Allow" or "Block" as per your preference.

Safari:

1. With the site open, click on the padlock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. In the dropdown menu, you'll see an option for notifications. Here, you can choose "Allow" or "Deny".
