The Store Locator implementation lets users find their nearest store location conversationally by sending a location pin or address.
Often users will ask for the nearest store or business location. This use case can be implemented into your Flow to provide a list of options for the end-user to consider.
A typical case where the user may need to find a business location is a bank. In the following example, the user requests a location to their nearest bank. The Flow will provide the nearest establishments based on the user's location.
After the user has successfully shared the location, the Flow will provide the three nearest options to the user.
If the suggested locations are not entirely satisfactional, the user may request additional locations by typing the word "otras" (other in Spanish) in the Flow.
When a helpful location has been found, the user may end the chat at any time by typing the word "fin."
