Sheets

The Sheets section allows you to configure FAQs.

It is available from the navigation dashboard:

Click Create New Sheet to create a new FAQ sheet.

FAQs

The FAQ sheets section displays the following columns:

• Question
• Answer
• Keywords

To add new questions, select one of the following options:

Select the + button to add a new question and answer. Enter the keywords for the question.
Build your FAQ database in a .csv file and select the Upload CSV button to upload.

CSV File Requirements

-A .CSV file with 4 columns: ID, Question, Answer, keywords.
-The “keywords” column should describe related topics or themes for the AI to recognize and make an association with the appropriate question and answer.
