Creating a New Flow

To create a new Flow from the initial screen, select Create New.

This opens the create new Flow pop-up.

1. Enter the Flow's name in the Name field.
2. Select the Channel provider (Facebook messenger or WhatsApp).
3. Select the language from the AI-Language field. The available options are:

• English
• Spanish
• Portuguese

The language selection affects the AI services when inserting FAQ scripts.

4. Click the Create button.

This creates a new Flow with the specified characteristics. A blank canvas in the Flow Builder editor is displayed.
